Meet the amazing Ella!
Ella is one of our Youth Engagement Facilitators. This role entails working with and for young people, facilitating the space for young people, with lived mental health difficulties, to feel safe and comfortable to share their ideas, experiences and expertise on projects that will impact them.
Ella is a freelancer, contracted with us, but has shown huge devotion and advocacy for what we do and we very much love her being part of our team.
Currently working on two projects with partners (tags in picture), Ella has been involved with us for around 2 years. In that time Ella has worked very closely with our CEO and Youth Engagement Lead on these projects, Nick, but had never met until now!
Two weeks ago, Nick and Ella, were, at random, paired together to deliver some workshops in a school in London for another brilliant organisation (let me know), naturally they were amazing together.
We just wanted to take this moment to celebrate Ella’s commitment, passion and impact, not just to these projects, but to the young people Ella has worked with and our organisation as a whole, we look forward to her involvement for a long time to come…hopefully
